 Tonight sees the 2024 NME Awards take place at the Hammersmith Palais, London - with Arctic Monkeys up for 4 awards.The Sheffield foursome are up for "Best British Band", "Best New Band", "Best Live Band" and "Best Track" for debut single "I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor" which reached number one in October 2005. Front man Alex Turner is also up for "Hero Of The Year" award. The awards kick off at 7pm tonight (Feb23) and will be broadcast on E4 from 11pm. |
