Arctic Monkeys are once again features on the cover of NME. This is the FOURTH time they have been the main feature on the magazine since October 2005. But as long as they're in, we'll keep reading, right? The cover isn't totally based on the lads, but does feature "King Monkey" himself, Ian Brown. The issue also contains a free 12 track CD containg tracks of winners from the 2006 NME Awards - though no Arctic Monkeys.
